Is SW Connect an energy supplier?
No. We find the match and agree the terms. Supply, billing and settlement are provided by our licensed supply partner, UrbanChain, regulated by Ofgem.
Will switching interrupt our supply?
No. Your power arrives through the same wires and the same meter. Only the contract behind it changes, and we handle the switch with you.

What will we pay?
A fixed price for the term you choose, from one to five years. Standing charges are passed through at cost with no markup, and every line item is set out in writing before you sign.
